This website focuses on the commonest types of musculoskeletal pain. Our system of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints is made for movement. When you have pain in your back, neck or shoulder you tend to focus only on the pain. By turning your attention instead to movement, you have a much better chance of recovery. Medicines and procedures like surgery may give some relief, but are not generally helpful for these common types of pain.
